House hacking mail address

When doing a house hack do you suggest that tenants get a P.O box, so that their mail doesn’t get delivered to the house? Or does it even matter where their mail goes? For possible eviction purposes would that help

Yes, I have a friend that house hacks and requires tenants to get thier own PO Box. It makes things much easier when they move because your mail won't accidentally get forwarded along with thiers. The postoffice is a hot mess right now so even though it seems like the correct mail would stay behind, that's not always the case. Plus, not all mailboxes are large enough for 2, 3, 4 or more people to get mail to it.
