Seeking perspectives of landlords! For my dissertation research, I am interested in learning about the experiences and opinions of landlords as it relates to lead in rental properties. I hope to learn about property owners’ and property managers’ experiences and opinions related to: lead, lead abatement, interactions with government agencies such as health or housing departments, and housing policy.

We seek to explore solutions to reduce lead exposure in children that are mutually beneficial for all parties (including landlords, policy makers, tenants, health departments), rather than add to the ‘finger pointing’ that often happens around this topic. Participating in this research project consists of completing an anonymous survey, which will take approximately 10-15 min to complete. Please click here to start survey:
