Guide for managing rental property

Is there a guide for managing a rental property, any 101's , best practices , do's and don'ts etc. Something like this would be really helpful.

@Anurag Pulla I really love the NOLO series of books - they have one called Every Landlord's Guide to Managing Property.  I would also highly recommend getting their Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide.  Another one that may helps is The Book on Managing Rental Properties: A Proven System for Finding, Screening, and Managing Tenants with Fewer Headaches and Maximum Profits by Heather and Brandon Turner.
