Of course most of us know this, I've known this for years. My latest experience: I have two washers, one dryer at my property (they took away one dryer as it "wasn't making enough revenue"). One of my washers has been out of action since November 22, 2022. They said they'd replace it. I just found out it will be replaced in early June. I kid you not. Of course I can always buy out the rest of the contract (expires March 2025) for about $2200. How nice of them. Though some people at CSC are nice, the company cares not a jot for their customers, in my experience. I could go on, but I think you get the point. Be very wary if you do any business with them; I've yet to find anyone who's happy with them.
