Recommendations for Crawlspace Cleanout Company servicing West Seattle

Hi Everyone,

Can anybody recommend a company to cleanout a crawlspace at my property in West Seattle? 

I need the following done:

- cleanout crawlspace

- replace insulation torn up by rodents

- install a vapor barrier
