Should I move my rental under an anonymous company?

Hello everyone,

Rookie investor here, I bought a rental in the outskirts of Atlanta, GA and I lately realized that the right way to hold properties is under an anonymous company. I am not entirely sure of how this works but could you guys please point me to the right direction?

Thank you very much in advance.

Quote from @Anurag Pulla:

You will hear three people pushing for LLCs: amateurs that heard it on a YouTube or TikTok video, big investors with millions in equity, and attorneys.

You don't need to worry about creating an LLC, setting up a website, or otherwise acting like a millionaire. Your focus should be on knowing the law and treating your tenants honestly and fairly. That will protect you better than an LLC or insurance.
