Iowa. Davenport- Tenant Eviction - non paying tenant

Hi,

I have a non paying tenant in Iowa,

They are on the a month to month inherited tenant. I have not released the tenant. We have just been going off the previous tenants lease 

What is the process? Do I post a 3 day notice first or a 30 day notice?

Is there a recommend eviction company or attorney.
