Hello Ok so i bought a property on zillow in june of 2022 for 75k cash and sighed all the documents you would when purchasing a home with title insurance and still have not even entered the property. I bought the home as the husband and wife were in the middle of a divorce. i filed for eviction and went to court SEVERAL times and the case had got adjourned to a later date four different times. So then i had a lawsuit case against me and was getting sued by the husband from a quiet tile action that he had filed with hes attorney. I did not know it was even possible to  get sued from buying a home..My name is on the Property taxes and My name is on the recorded deed,So im just wondering is there anything i should be worried about or do i just have to play the waiting game for now?

Seems like the husband is attempting to assert his rights over the property. It's important to be aware of your rights and responsibilities. You should get with a real estate attorney to understand the specific details of your situation and determine the best course of action moving forward. Your attorney can also advise you on potential outcomes and the risks involved in the quiet title action.
