Selling a Rental Property with Tenants
I want to sell one of my rental properties (in North Adams, MA) without evicting the tenants.
When am I legally obligated to notify them in writing before I can list the property for sale?
FYI: All my tenants are on month-to-month leases.

Notice period can be 15 days-Florida. 60 days-Illinois. Don't know your area. You do not need to let them know that the property is up for sale only when you have accepted an offer. They may find out during due diligence period.
