Rental Agreement for Studio House Hack

Aloha from Hawaii!

My husband and I are first time landlords...we purchased a home and was able to convert a portion of it into a studio to offset our high cost of living on Oahu. This particular studio has it's own private entrance, bathroom & kitchenette.

My question is: what kind of lease agreement do I use? My realtor said RESIDENTIAL another person told me to use a ROOM RENTAL Agreement. Any advice is appreciated!

Mahalo (Thank you!)

@Rossanna Tavares

I think you should ask your agent for your local standard lease agreement. Other local investors should be able to recommend the lease agreement they use too.
