Online rent payment portal ask for my ssn and birthday

Hi all, what’s best website for tenant to submit the rent I try to set up on TurboTenant but ask me for my social and date of birth those are quite personal info.

Any other free portal to charge tenant rent do you Recomend?

Preferable I don’t need to provide social number just my bank account

@Tina Lee, I understand your concern. However, I think any service will need that information because they are a financial institution and service provider that may need to issue you a 1099 for the payments processed. So, they have a legitimate and legal need for that information.
