Royal Oak Mi Residential Rental Property

I have purchased a property in Royal Oak MI and am hoping to get an idea of what the City inspectors look at for their inspection.  The house may need some work and I would like to get a jump on that before I schedule an inspection.  Just hoping for a checklist or practical intel.
