In-unit laundry yes or no?
Hello,
We own a 3 unit which already has shared basement laundry, 1 washer/dryer. One of the units is a 2bd 1 1/2 bath. We are thinking of converting the 1/2 bath to an in-unit laundry room.
Good idea or bad?
