Stolen Key - Tenant wants to replace the deadbolt - Issue?

One of my tenants in Washington State (Snohomish County) son had his jacket stolen while at school which had his house key in the pocket. My tenant is worried about this and wants to replace the locks on his doors and bring me a copy of the new key. I personally see no issue with this and with a quick look through RCW 59.18 don't see anything pop out at me initially. I am going to give it a more thorough read later on, but in the meantime figured I would post the question here to see if anyone has ever seen any legal issues with this. Thanks!
