Hold or Sell 10 acres Ranch Land in Lexington near Austin Tx

Hi, 

   I am seeing significant appreciation in 8 months  on 10 acres Ranch Land in a community in Lexington near Austin TX which is 30 mins from Samsung in Taylor Tx and 40 mins from Tesla in Austin Tx, Is it a good strategy hold or sell?

I see a 1,700 home development headed to Elgin and it looks like developers are on the move to the smaller towns surrounding austin. It may be a good opportunity to hold especially if you can package it with another larger ranch adjacent to yours
