ROI on renovations

Hello,

I have a number of rental properties in northern CA. I am trying to get an understanding of what the potential ROI on renovating my rentals will be.

Basically can someone either tell me from experience or point me to a resource that will tell me the increase in rent I will receive in percentages or actual $ values for the following types of upgrades in between tenants:

Deep cleaning

Repaint

New carpet

New appliances

New windows

New fixtures

Entire bathroom renovation

Entire kitchen renovation

Anything else that I am forgetting
