Increasing Income for Rooming house

Hey everyone. Looking for insight from ideally experienced rooming house operators. What are additional ways to increase income in these types of properties besides raising the rent? I'm strongly considering coin operated laundry. Also considered a vending machine with commonly used items for the tenants but not sure if this would be best. Thank you
