Your insurance Co for multiple properties under single policy

I have read through several posts on the landlord forum where members are discussing about insurance policies that will cover multiple units under a single policy. There are many pros to doing that

- Single deductible for multiple properties

- Reduced insurance premiums

- Better overall coverages for lower total price

I am looking for an insurance company that I can work with here in California (NorCal preferred) that will allow me to do the same. Currently my rentals are individually insured with Farmers (Landlord protector) and I would like to switch out to a single policy for all my rentals. My farmers agent already told me Farmers can't do it.

I would appreciate it if you can provide the name of your insurance company that allows this or even better provide the contact of your agent that helped set this up.

thanks in advance
