Recently Fired Property Management

I recently fired my property management company (mid-October) for a number of reasons.

In the agreement between the property management company and myself, it stated any repair over $300 needs my approval. The property management company had two repairs done over $300. Both repairs I would not have approved, I can get into the detail on why I would not have approved if need be. I went back and forth with the property management company that these repairs were not approved by me as stated in the agreement and I would like my funds for the repair back. The property management also recently sent bills for lawn care and repairs that were done in the beginning of October.

Any help regarding this issue is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Replied

How was the contract not violated? They did repairs over $300 without my approval as stated in the contact. I did try to negotiate with them, but it seems as if they will not come to an agreement. I understand going the lawyer way for $600 is not worth it but I do believe these repairs should have never been made.
