Is Richardson TX allow STR or Midterm Rental?

Hi everyone, I am quite new for real estate. I move from PA to TX past summer. My plan to buy and hold for rental. Now, I live in a Condo in Richardson TX. I wonder if I can use this condo as STR or midterm rental? Not sure if this area allow it or not. Is anyone have rental in this area. Thank you so so much. I am appreciate all the information!!! 🙏
