Does anybody have a Garage Lease?

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me find a standard garage lease for cold storage.

I have found one lease template online for a standard storage unit that seems like it will work. 

Do you guys have any other lease suggestions, or anything out of the ordinary that you’d recommend be included?

Hi @Danny Polanski, I've rented a garage out before, and I just used the standard CAR (Chicago Association of REALTORS) form.
