Maryland ERAP Funding

Just curious if anyone else is waiting for Maryland to release ERAP2 funding to the counties.  I have a tenant that I had a case scheduled for Failure to pay rent.  They received assistance from the county to pay back rent and late fees through August and then they got ERAP to cover them September through the end of the lease (November 30).  I agreed to accept the ERAP, however the county made me agree to no additional late fees, no court proceedings, etc.  I checked with the county housing office this afternoon and they still have not received their funding.  Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat
