Current tenant has verbal month to month
Just bought a property in Wisconsin. Our first one! Current tenant has verbal month to month agreement. How do you get the tenant to agree to a lease or at least something on paper. Don’t want to lose a tenant upon buying if they are a good tenant. How do you Introduce yourself to the new tenant? We close at the end of this month!!!
