I am talking with a property owner (I am a property manager) about renting out the extra bedrooms at her house. She will be living in one of the bedrooms, but doesn't want to be responsible for collecting rent, etc.

This is a new one for me. Does anyone have a rental agreement for single room rentals that you wouldn't mind sharing? My email is [REMOVED]
