Best website to use for screening and managing tenants

Posted

Hello

with the many websites out there to use for tenant screening and property management, what is the best one to use to manage up to 4 units or if you don’t have that many units?

would it be Rent spree? Rent prep? Buildium? Avail? Maybe there’s another site that I didn’t list that would be better? Pros and cons to each?

Thanks!

I've enjoyed using RentRedi for the past couple years. It's very easy to use, one of the cheaper options, and can automate everything from screening to tenant late payment fees. Tenants can also opt in to allow their on time payments to improve their credit score. Huge perk for them. Plenty of great options out there, especially for a smaller portfolio around 4 units. Best of luck!
