Expanding Airbnb house

Alex Moyers
Posted

I'm m considering expanding my Airbnb (3beds/2baths house), but I'm not sure if adding 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to the current house or adding a detached 3/2 ADU next to it would be better. Making the addition look exactly like the existing house is hard and expensive, and I don't want it to look like a Frankenstein

Do you think large groups of 14 people would have a problem with staying in two homes instead of one? It would include two of everything (kitchen appliances, grills, etc.)

From a frequent AirBnB with massive groups. I do not believe it would be a problem. Most of those who travel and use AirBnb aren't there to stay and hang in the AirBnb its usually only for sleeping! I think you have a great idea and should shoot for that! ADUs are the move!
