Adding Coin-Op Laundry to a Property

Hey BP!  My partners and I are under contract to buy a multifamily property with 6 units.  One unit has a large laundry space with an exterior door that would be easy to wall off from the rest of the house.  I had an idea to add some coin operated machines for the units to use since they do not have hook-ups.  What is your experience with these machines and this setup?

@Billy Daniel great opportunity for value add! Although, I would have machines installed with a card reader of some sort in lieu of coins, so much easier for everyone involved.
