Tenant Discount for 2 Month Leave

Hi everyone,

I am currently renting out a bedroom in my house to a tenant from Brazil. She is paying $1,400 a month and all utilities are included in her monthly rent.

She is going back to Brazil December 5th - Feburary 5th to visit her family for the holidays and do some lab work out there. 

She loves staying with us and asked for a discount for the two months she will be gone. What would be a reasonable discount to give her?We are located in Fullerton (Orange County) California.
