Moving units after serving N12 (owner occupancy notice)

I purchased a duplex earlier this year in southwestern Ontario and after serving one of the tenants with an N12 (owner occupancy) notice and moving into the property, the other tenant living at the property let me know that they were interested in moving out. Since I served the N12 to the one tenant, am I allowed to move into the other unit that will soon be vacant? We renovated the unit that I was planning on living in but now that the other unit is also vacant I would like to renovate it too. Can I rent out the renovated unit and move into the now vacant second unit?
