Managing tenants who speak a different language

Ann Downer
Posted

My husband and I are closing next week on our first rental property, a duplex, with inherrited month to month tenants. We speak only English at this time and the tenants speak Spanish. Any advice or apps to recommend that can work with both languages?  Thank you.
