Rubber stamp signature?
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
My uncle thinks I should get a rubber stamp signature of my husband's signature so he can use it in case things need my husband's signature. My uncle is the maintenance man for our rental that we just bought and it's in another state (about 12 hours away from us). If we get him one and he uses it on a document, does it work the same a signature would or is something else required?
Good or bad idea?
