How to Find an Assisted Living Lessee for my Rental?

Hello, I am a first time home buyer/investor, I had a co-op transferred to me and decided to take out a 150k HELOC at 6.29% . The original plan was to invest this money into a flip or rental. However, my light research has lead me to consider leasing out a home to an assisted living company. I'd love help on how to find a company!
