@Tony Guardado you'd be wise to carry general business insurance and E&O insurance if you are going to be managing properties habitually, yet to go out of your way to buy a specific policy designed for Fair Housing Violations seems . . . .off?

The best defense against claims of discrimination is to live wholeheartedly and transparently inasmuch as its possible. 

Turkeys will be there and they'll do what turkeys do (cluck, chatter, and garble), but don't feel too much angst about them.  Just do what you do ethically and excellently.  if you feel that you can't, hire a darn good Property Manager to manage.
