Required notice to end month to Month Lease- PG County Maryland

I have a tenant that lease expired 2 months ago.. So, now as per their old lease they are month to month. I want need to raise their rent but also give them notice to terminate in the event they don't sing a new lease.

I thought I saw somewhere that the required Notice in Maryland or PG county changed for month to month tenancy from 30 days to something longer.. Google give a number of different notice requirements but none point to an actual state or governmental site.

Anyone know the notice requirement for month to month tenants to increase the rent and/or terminate the tenancy?

Thanks
