Landlord wants to demolish building my business is located in.

I have a cafe business in a office building in northern Virginia. I've heard rumblings that the Landlord intends to demolish the building in order to build a high rise apartment building in the next year or 2. I'm currently in a lease that runs for another 5 years. I went back and read my lease and found there is no demolition clause. Am I entitled to a buyout? If so, how much can I expect to be offered?

thank you
