Hi BP Peeps!

I'm having an issue with a PM that I recently moved on from. We did not renew the contract. He is not returning my keys to me on two single family homes that I own. He will not return any emails, phone calls, or texts.

Doe's anyone have an idea what I should do next? Should I go to the police?

Thanks for the insight.

Darryl

Wouldn't you re-key all the locks after a tenant moves out anyway?  I know its an added cost, but I wouldn't trust that past tenants don't have a copy.  Or did the PM re-key the locks  and you never got a copy?
