What's your experience with rent collection apps?

I'm trying to decide on a tool to collect rent. I've look into RentRedi and it seems like an ok tool although I've read some complaints. I don't need features like applications and repair requests. I just need a way for tenants to pay easily online/mobile, automatic late fees, and to be able to direct deposit into my accounts. What are you using and do you like it? TIA.
