Lease Break Content in Lease
My first investment property and I am using the BP lease for Maryland. There is no language in it addressing lease break protocol and fees. Shall I just add this section?

I feel like if you're using any lease template, you should feel free to customize it based on your business needs. Definitely check with a lawyer regarding any new sections that you're adding, just to make sure that you are abiding by all local and state laws.
