Has anyone heard of padsplit.com or used them for weekly rentals
Hey Bigger Pockets,
I was looking at ways to get one house and split it up into many rooms to rent out. I found this site called pad split the concept sounds interesting, as a marketplace that handles all work but to me, there could be a ton of red flags. I looked at the BBB reviews, and it's not good. Just wondering if anyone has used them and is worth splitting a home up like this for weekly rentals.
