New Jersey Lead inspection - Lead Free Certificate for home re

Starting In July 2022  single family and 2 or 3 family homes rentals ( bult prior 1978 ) will require a Lead Paint inspection or to get a lead free certificate

Do you have a good reasonable company that provide these lead free certificates?   I am in West Orange NJ  Essex County

What should be the best updates ? (like windows stools and trims, baseboards < etc )
