Screening and debt collection from Renter

I am researching a new company to use for my tenant screening. The one offered through Transunion, smartmove, just doesn't give me enough information.

So one I am thinking of is tenantreport.com. They also offer credit reporting and debt collection services.

Anyone used them yet?
