Making tenant be available for repairs

Hello BP

We own a few rentals and the biggest help I’ve had is my tenants all have one person working from home. This makes scheduling repairs very easy as I don’t need to be on site to let in an HVAV tech or contractor or whatever

We have a turnover coming in about 6 weeks and are currently screening new applicants.

My question is this : since I’ll be having a new lease signed is there any issues putting in the lease that tenant must be home for all repairs? I don’t want to pass on a good potential applicant if they work in office full time and couldn’t be there but i think I would.

Thanks
