Possible House Purchase-Located On Fairly Busy Street

Hello all:
Had a seller contact me with a house for sale. Absentee owner situation. It appears to be a nice house. It is late model, 3/2/2, nice condition, tiled floors, etc. The potential problem is the house is located on the main street leading into the subdivision. Furthermore, it is less than five houses from the main intersection so I believe everyone entering or leaving will drive right by this house. I don't have a good feel as to whether it would be a good rental. I am afraid prospective tenants will reject it due to the traffic and potential buyers might reject it for the same reason in the future. It has been vacant for a while due to overpricing. It appears the owner is ready to make some deal and get rid of it. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks!
