Rental Fee and Recent question
Question? I have great renters , rent is high due to inflation in new rental, but due to inflation , what if rent drops in this market and renters are in a year lease at high rent,, in so fairness to my renters which financially wouldn’t impact my profit , I’s there a contingency form I could add for them with a percentage decrease % I choose according to market? If someone could give me there thoughts on this? They are great renters, responsible, ideas pls and thank you
