Looking for an inspector

Hi Milwaukee BP friends,

I have a 4 unit property under contract.  One of the units will require quite a bit of rehab.  We have an inspection contingency and I'm hoping to hire an inspector with experience in multi-family buildings and if possible someone who can help with rehab estimates.  If anyone has any recommendations I would be very grateful.

Thanks,

Pete

That's exciting. Congratulations Pete!!! Me and Nick are under contract to buy a 4-unit as well :)

I use Jason Katz at Tier 1 Home Inspection. They have a portal and what's nice is that it prints out a list of repairs needed to give to contractor(s) or project managers to quote. I've never heard of an inspector that gives you cost estimates as well but please let me know if you find one.
