Best Suppliers/Retailers for Cosmetic Upgrades

Hi Everyone,

Relatively new member/investor here! Just closed on our first rental property in Memphis and we are looking to make some very modest upgrades to help us press rents higher. These include a single sliding barn door, more modern light fixtures, door handles etc.. Can any more experienced investors give me some advice on where you all find the best wholesale prices on upgrades such as these? I've looked at places like Overstock.com which is decent, but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing any other relatively low cost supplier options. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks!
