CMX-2 - Rental for non-residential ground floor?
I've recently purchased a home in Philly that will be my primary residence. It's CMX-2, with a blocked off ground floor space zoned for commercial/non-residential use. Am I permitted to use this space as a rental (either short term/Airbnb or long term/>30 days)?
Ultimately, I'm trying to find a way to make a little return off the space rather than leaving it vacant. Thanks for any feedback/ideas.
