Looking to rent in Walla Walla Washington

My daughter is moving to Walla Walla, WA with her boyfriend and she are looking for a single family home to rent. They are looking to pay about $1,600 in rent. Just wondering if you have any connections in the area that might have a rental property coming up in August. I might be willing to invest in a place if it is a good property but would rather let them rent a house for a while to become familiar with the area. John
