Exterior Paint for Rental
I bought a 2 family apartment building about a year and a half ago. It had no gutters at the time so there was some damage to the foundation and significant staining to the siding. I put new gutters on, fixed the foundation and cleared the trees away from the house. My question is should I spend the money to have the home painted? It is fully rented with good tenants and I have no plans to sell anytime soon.

@Matt Doherty I like my properties to be well maintained and look good. I would paint it for protection as well as appearence.
