What's the best way to collect rent?

I recently closed on my first property and it has tenants already living there. What have you all found to be the best way to collect rent? I've seen old threads where a lot of people were recommending Cozy but that has been bought by apartments.com. Is apartments.com just as good? Tenants were previously paying with quickbooks. I do not want to use cashapp, zelle, cash, or checks.
